Everyone, I’m considering revision rhinoplasty because of cartilage absorption, an upturned nose phenomenon, and asymmetry. I want to use autologous costal cartilage for a feminine-looking, rounded nasal tip, with the tip raised but the columella lowered!! Would Limited and Mind be okay? Please recommend hospitals that are good at revision surgery and the design I want!
