Two months after revision surgery, how does my nose look?

<After><After><After><After><After><After><Before><Before><Before>I had revision rhinoplasty, and I’m now entering my second month. As time has passed, that bulbous “nose-bong” kind of feeling seems to have gone away a lot, but there’s still some residual swelling, so I’m trying not to eat anything too salty as much as possible and trying to walk even a little more. But it suddenly snowed and got cold, so I haven’t been able to do much lately.. They say the nasal tip is an area where blood circulation isn’t very good, so swelling there originally doesn’t go down easily. Still, compared to before, I think my nasal tip that looked short, my bulbous nose, and my upturned nose have improved a lot. My nose was lifted, so you could see my nostrils first, and that was seriously stressful. The director lowered it so my nostrils don’t show much, so I think you can clearly tell just by looking at the before and after. The blunt bulbous nose also seems to have improved a lot from the front.. Before this, I had rhinoplasty, and my nasal tip was weak now, so this time I had surgery using autologous costal cartilage. The scar bothers me, but I don’t regret it..! They said that after multiple revision surgeries, the cartilage inside my nose had all collapsed. The director reconstructed it while building a firm support strut. Because there wasn’t enough skin laxity, it was a nose that would be difficult to make higher, but when seen from the side,  I think it went up well. Having surgery multiple times is hard, so I hope this was my last surgery.. Since it’s autologous costal cartilage, I probably won’t have to do more now, right I’m also curious about information from people who used autologous costal cartilage and then had revision surgery again, so please let me know if there are any.
