It's been about three and a half years since surgery.. It's much prettier than my nose before. But since they lengthened my short nose, I can't make a pig nose, and it feels like I have to live carefully protecting my nose.. I can't even use nose pore strips to pull out sebum. Breakouts also come up on my nose and then calm down, There is no pain, but it gets red and then becomes okay again, When I look bare-faced in a bright place, it seems like the silicone shows through a bit, I'm living anxiously every single day wondering if inflammation will develop or contracture will come. So I just want to remove it, and after some time passes, live with filler.. If I remove it, is it possible for my nose to go back again.. During surgery, since my nose was crooked, they shaved down the right nasal bone a bit. From the comments, people say even if it goes well, it's about 80%, but if removal surgery doesn't go well, do you know what side effects or shape it can end up with?
