It’s almost been 2 weeks since my nose surgery, and when I smile or wash my face, the columella area hurts, and the connected gum on the left side hurts too. Is this normal.. Is it because I had septal cartilage used? I already want to remove everything from my nose surgery.. It’s probably because it hasn’t fully healed yet, right.. I can’t even rub my nose and it’s so hard
