Because of this side effect, I looked into it, and apparently if orbital fat is excessively removed or repositioned, orbital fat normally acts like a cushion supporting the eyeball, but when that disappears, the eyeball sinks into the empty space and shifts backward.. I think that's my case I'm praying it's not, please..
