There’s a large plastic surgery clinic in Ulsan, and that place is a merger of four clinics. Before they merged, I had eye surgery and outer corner surgery done there by someone who specialized in eye plastic surgery, but the double eyelid line was very small and even though it was an incision surgery, it opened once. So I later got the line redone with buried sutures at another place, and the problem was the outer corner surgery. The cut area healed for 5 years with red flesh visible and never closed properly If you’re thinking of going there, I don’t recommend it... Another person who had it done there also had their double eyelids open twice and had to get them redone..
