I had rhinoplasty with dermis 4 years ago! It is naturally high, but it’s not a sharp, pretty nose like with silicone. It’s just naturally high! That’s the unique advantage of dermis. But I got greedy and went just once for a retouch, to get a fat injection, and I did feel like, why do I have to do this again when I already had surgery... lollll Still, because it looks natural, people around me don’t know I had surgery.
