Apgujeong/Sinsa vs Gangnam, which area does a lot of eye surgery and does it well??? I really can’t make a choice. When people say they got plastic surgery, I mostly only hear Apgujeong or Sinsa. Do people not get eye surgery much in Gangnam??????????? It’s really hard to choose.
