Compared to last month, the swelling has gone down a little more, and since I've been practicing opening my mouth like it's exercise, it's seriously much better.. After facial contouring, a lot of people stop once they can open their mouth better than in the early stage, but you really have to practice opening your mouth whenever you can so it becomes less difficult later. I still can't open my mouth super wide, and I thought, what if I suddenly get wisdom tooth pain or a cavity? lol That thought was so horrifying that I couldn't not practice opening my mouth either. (power N) Um, and among the questions people who had facial contouring surgery get asked the most, one is about pin removal, but I don't have any plans for it yet. I asked the director about it when I went for my follow-up, and he said something like, is it really necessary? He said if it's not particularly uncomfortable, I don't have to do it, so I don't have any plans for now. The best things after getting the 3 types of facial contouring were that my face looks smaller, my facial line itself became really clean, and baseball caps seriously suit me so well lol As for pain, in the beginning after surgery it really hurts. There's no way it doesn't hurt. It's not liposuction; it's the pain of shaving bone, so of course it hurts;; But after taking medicine and about two days passed, I was okay again. I don't know if it's the mystery of the human body or what. Only two days passed and that pain disappeared like a lie..? But when I look at friends around me who had facial contouring, there were really a few who endured it with all their strength in the beginning and then the pain quickly became okay. I don't know why, but anyway..;; Since I've only written positive things, now if I write about the uncomfortable parts, in the beginning it's really hard to eat because your mouth doesn't open well. There is a limit to filling your stomach with soft foods.. Thanks to that, you do lose weight, but later, from when you can eat properly again, you gain it back anyway lol Well, one way or another, overall my satisfaction with the surgery is high. I have follow-ups until 9 months, and I think the most important thing is maintaining it without any issues until then.
