Columella lowering / nasolabial angle / alar lift / nostril reduction / autologous costal cartilage (I asked them not to make it high, just to improve the nose shape naturally. I asked for a straight side profile, but the doctor said that for it to harmonize with my face, we should make it slightly semi-straight.) I really had a lot done. I got my splint removed today, and right now my nose shape is totally like Pinocchio. Even my boyfriend is trying hard to comfort me, but I feel like I’m losing my mind. The clinic says they overcorrected it, so as the swelling goes down it will come down by 3 months, but even when I look at photos from people who had their splints removed, I’ve never seen a Pinocchio-like line like mine, you know? This was my first nose surgery at an expensive and famous clinic.. The front view also looks a bit Michael Jackson-like, and every time I see the side view, I seriously want to jump out the window. It’s dawn, but I’m so anxious I can’t even sleep. Does this really come down?....
