It’s been a little while since I got it. In my case, rather than muscle, I have more of the jaw bone itself, so I didn’t see a big effect. But I did feel that the muscle had reduced, because when I touched my jaw, it didn’t feel like the muscle from before, it felt more strongly like I was touching bone, should I say? As for side effects, maybe having my period twice in one month? Thinking about it now, it seemed more like abnormal uterine bleeding than a period. I haven’t gotten it again since then!
