I came in after a long time to look for information because I want to get revision rhinoplasty. These days there are so many clinics that it is hard even to narrow them down. I am mainly looking for clinics that make it look naturally glamorous. I am also curious about the pros and cons of using donated costal cartilage versus autologous costal cartilage, and the differences between the materials. I think I need to research carefully, thinking of this as my final surgery.
시름시름잉 Usually, for revision surgery, I think they would recommend autologous costal cartilage! You can think of autologous costal cartilage as your own bone, and donated costal cartilage as someone else's bone! Both have pros and cons
흑염소4 I am also wondering whether to use autologous costal cartilage or donated costal cartilage and what I should do... Honestly, I just think of it as the difference between using mine or using someone else's.. If you look into those clinics, there are also many people who used donated costal cartilage for revision rhinoplasty.. So I do not think autologous costal cartilage is necessarily the correct answer Because of the recovery period, I am at a loss over whether I should use donated costal cartilage..
오다리통닭 Usually, for revision rhinoplasty, a lot of people use autologous costal cartilage. I had my nose done at a clinic too. That place seems good with costal cartilage as well.
성민달 Donated costal cartilage is literally costal cartilage donated from another person and used, while autologous costal cartilage is harvested from your own body and used. I thought using my own would be better, so I had it done with autologous costal cartilage by Director Yoon at a clinic, and I got the shape I wanted.
파스콰리고 After nose surgery I ended up with a scar, a crooked nose, and uneven nostrils, so I went to so many consultations and had revision surgery at a clinic. Before the revision, my nose was really completely ruined, so I did not even have high expectations and just hoped it would be better than before, but it turned out so normal and well done.. It was so natural that I went home and cried buckets
