I’m scheduled to have nose surgery in mid-June. My nose isn’t usually considered ugly, but my side profile looks so flat that I kept thinking about it. I did a lot of online research, read reviews for each clinic, went to one place I liked for a consultation, and booked the surgery right away. I went because it seemed fairly well-known, and since it’s my first time, I just listened to what they told me without really knowing much. But after coming home and looking around communities like this and other side-effect communities, so many people were talking about complications from nose surgery that I’m so anxious I can’t even sleep Since reviews and plastic surgery apps only say good things, I’m scared that maybe I decided too hastily. I also don’t have septal cartilage because of rhinitis surgery, so even though this is my first surgery, I have to use donated costal cartilage, and I’m really worried When I look around me, I see people living well even after 5 or 10 years without a single revision surgery, so I want to do it.. but when I think that complications could happen to me too, my mind feels so conflicted
