I got the buried-suture method, and my dry eye syndrome got a bit worse. Some people say it comes undone if you do the buried-suture method, but mine didn't come undone, and it's a bit hard to open my eyes. I do wonder if incision might have been better, even though the swelling lasts longer.. Still, I think the buried-suture method isn't bad at a reasonable price
