I had desperately wanted plastic surgery since I was a student because of my low nose and angular face shape, and I finally had surgery and am approaching week 3! The surgery was 3 facial contouring procedures (cheekbones, square jaw, chin advancement) + nose (slight alar reduction + nasal bridge)! On the day of surgery, even though it was the surgery I had wanted so much, I was so nervous that I froze up, but seeing the director ease my tension in such a friendly way made me think, as expected, the director is confident. At the same time, the thought that today’s surgery would go well made all my worries completely disappear! And after the surgery, except for being cold and sleepy, I really didn’t hurt at all!! I’m actually quite dramatic about pain and sensitive, so I worried a lot about how I would endure the pain if I had surgery that shaved bone like this. But even when I went home after discharge and lived normally, I did feel my teeth tightening, but it was truly pain I could tolerate, so much so that all the worries I had had up to that point felt meaningless haha For me, the nose surgery was more uncomfortable than the facial contouring surgery Everything else was okay, but until day 2 after surgery, they had cotton packed in my nose, so breathing was very uncomfortable Still, once I endured just that period, aside from frequent runny nose, there was no pain anywhere, so I’m extremely satisfied after surgery haha [For the nasal bridge, a custom implant was used with FitMe Nose, and ear cartilage was used for the nasal tip!] Also, on the day of discharge, I was lying in the hospital room, and a nurse? came in and gave me a kit with a sauce bottle, lip balm, tongue cleaner, mouthwash, etc., explaining each item in detail, and also gave me printed paper, so I was really touched haha Thanks to that, I was able to read the paper carefully and manage everything well! And regarding aftercare, of course eating is very important. They said I should mainly eat things I could drink, and soft foods, so even after eating and eating, I kept getting hungry.. But I still managed well thanks to the plain yogurt I usually liked haha Oh, and I gargled right after eating! They said because of the stitches inside my mouth, I needed to gargle frequently and well, so I worked hard at gargling too haha I had seen that the mouthwash tasted terrible, so I was nervous, but for me it was still bearable! They also said walking helps swelling go down, but honestly the weather was too cold, so I couldn’t walk much.. Instead, I diligently did cold compresses at home haha After surgery, when I looked at myself now, I wondered, is there swelling in the facial contour and nose that changed so much from before? But when I went for a follow-up, the director said it may look like there isn’t much swelling, but this is swelling now and it will gradually go down more, so I’m spending each day looking forward to it haha My boyfriend, who opposed it before surgery asking if I really had to get surgery, now looks at my face and jokes that I finally have a nose I’m also really 20000% satisfied with having surgery and with deciding to have it at 345, and I’m spending happy days every day!!♡
