For reference, I’m 6 months post-facelift at the clinic, and when I was going around looking into facelifts, what I clearly felt was that mini facelifts are worse than I expected.. First of all, there isn’t much point in getting a mini facelift.. Most people are tempted by the minimal incision, but with a facelift, the first surgery is important. If you do a minimal incision with a mini facelift, proper dissection doesn’t happen, so in the end, within less than a year, it usually sags dramatically, and you end up thinking about revision facelift surgery. So it’s important to get a proper facelift the first time and go somewhere that performs proper dissection… People say mini facelifts don’t have many side effects, but honestly, I think having no effect is the biggest side effect.. So when I was looking into facelifts, I made sure to ask the directors how much dissection they do and whether they could pull a lot. I went to this clinic because the director said they would pull a lot and do proper dissection, but rather than being scared and getting a mini facelift.. I recommend getting a proper facelift..
