Nose Surgery Reviews

3 months after alar reduction

<Before surgery><Immediately after surgery><Immediately after surgery><1 month><3 months>I had alar reduction + alar base lifting + artificial dermis columella augmentation surgery 3 months ago.

Now that it’s the 3-month mark, I can definitely see it gradually settling in, and I’m doing well without any inconvenience in daily life! The only thing that bothers me a little is when I yawn..? Other than that, I really don’t think there’s anything.

As I get more and more used to my face, I sometimes wonder, “Did it go back?” but when I look at old photos, I often think, “Oh, no, it didn’t” lolololol I feel this way when I’m bare-faced without makeup, and when I contour my nose, I immediately think, “Yes, it really did change!”

I was debating columella augmentation a lot right up until just before surgery, but the consultant said there wasn’t anyone who regretted the columella, and that it was actually the part people were most satisfied with, so I decided to do it. For people like me who are going there to get it done, I recommend adding the columella..

When seeing it in person, I don’t feel like the columella has changed dramatically or come down a lot, but I think it gives a really dramatic effect in photos, so I especially highly recommend it for women.

Thinking about it now, the price really was expensive, but as I said in my 1-month review, even if I went back, I think I’d have the surgery again!

They told me to expect at least 6 months for it to settle, so by then it’ll probably look even slimmer haha Highly recommend ~~!
