First of all, the director was very kind and explained things well. I got injections on my forehead, and they didn’t hurt as much as I’d expected. I was really nervous when getting the injections, but they helped me relax with jokes. The disappointing part was that there were separate skin-care specialists who did the extractions, and maybe the person doing mine was new, because even though I didn’t have that much acne, it took 1 hour. Then a senior staff member came over and scolded them for being too slow,,, After that, since they hadn’t extracted everything, they did extraction again for 30 minutes,,, It was my first time getting extraction, and the pressure from pressing felt like the back of my head was being flattened. Honestly, extraction hurt more than the injections, so I don’t think I can do extraction again,,,,,
