Is it normal for my throat to hurt, to cough, and to keep having phlegm?? It’s so miserable It was my first time under general anesthesia too, and I have a runny nose, cough, and phlegm.. My face is also extremely swollen, so I look like a frog I turned off all the lights, won’t even look in the mirror, and I’m living like a shut-in. It’s day 2, but can I not take off the bandage?? The hospital said they would remove it and told me to come in for treatment on Monday, but it’s so suffocating..
