I had 2 types of facial contouring done on March 19~ I’m on day 26 now!! They said cheekbone surgery causes cheek sagging 100%, and mine wasn’t very severe, so I skipped the cheekbones~ During consultations too, only 1 out of 5 places mentioned cheekbones, so I thought I probably didn’t need to do them and had 2 types of facial contouring! First of all, I wanted a V-line~~ My jaw was blunt like a man’s jaw... But if I only put in an implant, my facial shape would be uneven, and I also had asymmetry, so based on the consultation result from a place that said I wouldn’t get the V-line I wanted, I decided to do the square jaw too~ For the square jaw... cortical bone shaving and buccal fat weren’t severe, and the doctor also said it would be better not to do them... so I decided to do only the long-curve mandibular angle reduction~ The major swelling all went down in 5 days, and now I’m fighting with minor swelling... For the first 2 weeks, because of the stitches from the intraoral incision, I only ate thin rice gruel and liquid foods, so I lost 3 kg and had no energy... After stitch removal, except for meat, hard foods, and tough foods, I ate regular meals and most foods lol I’m still using mouthwash~~ They said it’s good to do it until one month~~~ I feel like the weight is coming back~ These days I’m focusing on warm compresses and radiofrequency care~ Because of the bio band and minor swelling~~~ Just like they say plastic surgery is a battle with time, I’m also really battling it lol
