I'm trying to decide between two hospitals My biggest issues are my low nasal bridge and bulbous nose, and my main goal is for it to look natural and not high, but to improve my side profile. It's my first surgery and the prices are similar between the two.. Hospital 1 (large hospital) They said I don't want a high nose, and at this level, it would be worth trying with the septal cartilage I have and ear cartilage. They said if I do alar base reduction together, the bulbous nose can be corrected, and that it would likely be effective if I do ptosis correction together. (Silicone + septal cartilage + ear cartilage) Hospital 2 They said my nose is small, so leave the septal cartilage as is and use donated costal cartilage and ear cartilage, and if the height is raised just a bit more than I had in mind, the bulbous nose correction should be clear. They honestly said the nose in the reference photo I want would be difficult, and to create that kind of nasal bridge feel on my current face, silicone + donated costal cartilage + ear cartilage would probably be better. What do you think?
