Liposuction Reviews

Could this be a side effect of fat grafting?

<Before fat grafting><Before fat grafting><After fat grafting>I only had fat grafted to the anterior cheeks, and only had the first session.  It has been about one month and one week since I had it done.. From what I can see, the swelling in the anterior cheeks has mostly gone down and not much fat has survived, but only the lateral cheekbone area is protruding, and it just will not go down. More than anything, it feels hard like bone when I touch it.. The one thing I could somewhat be proud of about my face was that I did not have prominent cheekbones and that my facial outline was not angular, but after getting fat grafting, my face shape became uneven and bumpy. When I asked the doctor at the clinic where I had the grafting done, at first they said, “Those are your own cheekbones,” but when I showed the before photos and said that was not the case, they said, “Because I cannot sculpt every single part of the face, fat can go into areas other than the grafted area too,” and when I pushed back a little, they said, “It must be swelling.”... To my eyes, it did not seem like they had any intention of properly examining it or communicating with me to reassure the patient, so I remember just leaving the clinic.. (This is only my subjective opinion..) Because of this, I am scared and have not had a second session.. I wonder if there are others like me... Could this hard area be scar tissue, a hematoma, or really swelling (whether anyone had swelling like mine and it went down), or did the doctor really inject it incorrectly... Is there any way or test to find out? I feel depressed every day whenever I look in the mirror... If anyone knows, please reply..
