Since it’s revision surgery for a bulbous nose, I was recommended costal cartilage, but this would hurt way more than using ear cartilage, right..? During the consultation at ㅎㄴㅂ, I saw a case of someone similar to me, and it seemed like they make the incision really small when harvesting it. Since costal cartilage is used, the shape does come out as a nicely high, defined style, but just thinking about having my body cut open makes me so scared...
