When I had my first nose surgery, they didn’t use ear cartilage, did they use septal cartilage..? And they used AlloDerm or something, donated dermis like that I see rib cartilage being used a lot for revision rhinoplasty; it’s sturdier than ear cartilage, right?? Do they use them together too???? I don’t want it too pointy, but I do want it to look high and defined. ㄹㅅㅌ ㅇㅇ ㅈㅇㅈㅇ ㅈㅅㅌ are the places I’m looking at, but among people here who had surgery there, could you let me know what material you used?

This time, when I was having surgery, I was told in advance that they would use donated rib cartilage because there wasn’t enough material, and they actually did use donated rib cartilage Rib cartilage is sturdy, and ear cartilage is for point work; their uses are completely different. They said some places use them together, but usually ear cartilage is used with septal cartilage, and I don’t think it’s often used with rib cartilage.
