After my nose surgery, there’s silicone show-through, so I think I’ll probably need revision surgery I’ve scheduled consultations at ㅇㅂㅋ, ㅌㅍㅇㅅ, and ㅊㄷㅊ, but these days it seems like a lot of people do revision rhinoplasty without implants too This time I also want to just remove the silicone and get revision without implants They say no-implant rhinoplasty really has to be done at a clinic that’s good at it, so I joined an open chat and talked with other people, shared information, looked up reviews, and scheduled consultations at those three places. Is there anyone here who has had no-implant revision rhinoplasty?? I’m curious whether it’s maintaining well without nasal tip drooping or things like that. Could you please share your review...

진격의슬리퍼 I did mine without implants, but it wasn’t revision Still, speaking as someone who did no-implant rhinoplasty, I had my first surgery at Olive and it’s been about two months, and my nasal tip hasn’t changed at all
쿠코키키 You have to use silicone. An older girl I know did it without implants and was satisfied at first, but later her columella came down and it didn’t look that pretty, so she said she’s going to do it again
