At first I had 3 mm inserted and it was too low, so I refined the tip. But I didn’t like the tip, so I removed the silicone and only raised the tip. Then this time, they made the tip too long again. So I went back to the doctor who did my first surgery and that’s how my nose looks now. Right now I’m reasonably satisfied with the shape of my nose. I’ve heard for a long time that the nose has to be done several times, but I really never thought that would be me....
