Maybe because my skin is naturally delicate and I tend to swell and bruise easily, it’s only day 3, but the bruising and swelling are no joke Will the swelling go down a bit faster if I take light walks? And from day 4, are warm compresses better? I want to get the cotton inside my nose removed quickly. It’s the hardest part! Stay strong!
