(It was my fault for not looking up what to ask and what kind of nose I wanted in detail before going^^) I was talking with the consultant while looking at the nose photos I brought, and then the director came in. He was not exactly the friendly type. But he did not pressure me further and said things like, "This cannot be done," and "If you do it this way, side effects will occur," while looking carefully at the alar base, nasal dorsum, and the tissue quality of the nasal alae, and he seriously thought it through. Even though he was not friendly, that firmness actually made him feel more trustworthy? But he did not ask me to show the photos I brought, and he ended the consultation quickly and went out again. I talked with the consultant again, but the explanations did not really come through clearly to my ears, so I asked again and again. The more I did that, the more I got the feeling of, "Why don’t you know this?" So I thought, ah, this place is not it. For aftercare too, I honestly expected them to tell me some things in advance first, but there was none of that. It was also my first in-person consultation, and I went casually, so I did not know much and could not ask properly. Because there is a high chance that I do not have enough septal cartilage when opening the nose due to my jaw surgery, I would have to use donated costal cartilage. For the nasal dorsum, silicone would be used, and because it is an upturned nose, the alar area would be slightly lowered. If septal cartilage could not be used and donated costal cartilage was used, it was an additional 1.2 million won.
