I'm on day 11 after revision rhinoplasty. Is it pinched.. It looks pointy. The bridge was raised with silicone, and the nasal tip with ear cartilage + septal cartilage. Will it get better with time? Or will it get worse as the swelling goes down? When the swelling goes down, will it become even pointier than this?
