In my early 20s (17 years ago), Gore-Tex was popular, so I had it done subtly with that so it wouldn't be obvious, and it was really pretty. (Sinsa-dong) But after 10 years, the implant started showing through under light, and the nasal tip started looking like Michael Jackson's, so I had revision surgery. In Daejeon. I became neurotic about the nasal tip skin getting thinner, so I asked them to make the nasal tip thick, and they did it by grafting fat from my buttocks. Maybe because the nasal tip is thick, it's not as pretty a nose as before, but I'm satisfied just that it doesn't show through in the light. It's been 3 years now, and I'm satisfied.
