I was curious about the difference between autologous costal cartilage and donated rib cartilage, and they say autologous costal cartilage is definitely better for firmly maintaining the shape.. Of course I’ll need to hear more accurately while getting consultations from specialists, but? Since it’s nose revision surgery, I’m really leaning toward autologous costal cartilage lol.. For now I’m looking into which places to go for consultations, so if there are places other than The Door that use autologous costal cartilage well, leave them in the comments..! I’d like it if it has that kind of glamorous straight-with-slight-curve feel
그린티1126 If it’s revision surgery, I guess so? If mine had been revision surgery, I would’ve used autologous costal cartilage too, but mine was my first surgery.. so I did use donated rib cartilage The quality of The Door’s donated rib cartilage isn’t bad either.. Anyway, if you’ve decided, get a consultation first!
하눌히어 If it’s revision surgery, I did get a lot of recommendations to use autologous costal cartilage no matter what. Everyone says the strongest option is autologous costal cartilage

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoFeb 10 Eight years after rhinoplasty, I heard a plastic surgeon say they were sorry...
I didn’t get inflammation or contracture. As the nasal tip dropped, a step-off formed between the silicone on the nasal bridge and the nasal tip. It happened before even 6 months had passed after my first surgery, so I got an after-service
