If you know the design you want? and talk well with the doctor, it's 99% successful. I went without knowing anything to a plastic surgery clinic near the local market with a collapsing-looking sign lol and got it done really cheap, but people around me are making a fuss saying the line is pretty. Even when I close my eyes there are no marks lol so if I don't say I had double eyelid surgery, people think I didn't. I think eyes turn out differently depending on your own eye shape.
