Hump nose + functional rhinoplasty is totally possible without implants

<After surgery><After surgery><After surgery><Before / After>The before-and-after comparison photos are amazing, right..? I had this done without implants…. Can you believe it if I say not even a fingernail-sized amount of silicone was used? But it’s true… I don’t think it’s just me; I think everyone feels some burden about silicone. I was one of those people too! I really searched so much online and feel like I looked up every bit of information about rhinoplasty. I heard that for implant-free surgery to be possible, you need to already have a certain amount of nasal bridge height? But personally, and this may sound like a bit of a brag, I didn’t think my nasal bridge itself was low. So I started going around for consultations with a small hope that maybe this much could be done without implants. My original nose had a hump, so the bridge was uneven, and I also had a slight drooping nose, so, how should I put it… my nose looked kind of pinched and unimpressive. I also had functional rhinitis issues… Among the places I visited for consultations, considering everything together, including the staff’s kindness, the nose design, and the consultation, I think this clinic was the one I liked the most. They also explained the indemnity insurance details very thoroughly, so honestly I was a bit surprised. So I ended up entrusting my nose to Dr. Yoon Seok-ho at that clinic….. Now, after surgery, I’m so satisfied People around me only say it turned out well… My face isn’t on the flashy side, so I wanted it to look as natural as possible, and it really turned out naturally and beautifully. The nasal tip lifted as sharply as I wanted, and the nasal bridge was smoothed out nicely too! Since I did it without implants, honestly I had this not-quite-a-worry that it might not come out smooth, but I guess it was needless worrying The hospital also gave me swelling injections, so the swelling went down faster than expected and it was less difficult After getting my nose done, it feels like a spoonful of volume was added to my face Taking photos is so much easier, and I feel good every time I look at it These days when I look in the mirror, all I see is my nose because I like it so much~ Even if I went back to before surgery, I think I’d go back to the same clinic to get rhinoplasty again.
