I went to consultations at about 10 dental clinics, and I chose this place because installment payments were possible, it was the cheapest, and I liked the consultation with the director the most. The consultant was honestly the worst consultant I have ever seen in my life. On the consultation day, she pressured me to decide quickly, then got angry, glared at me, and sighed.. When I said I had another consultation elsewhere too and would go there before deciding, she openly treated me like a strange person, asking why I would even bother going... But since I probably will not really need to see the consultant going forward, I chose the doctor I trusted the most. Since it is a factory-style clinic, it is hard to match appointment times, and it is difficult to expect meticulous consultations or kindness. The worst part was that the dental hygienists’ skills varied too much. Many kept making mistakes or were so bad that even I, a non-major, could tell. Of course, there were also people who were good, but the ones who were bad were really too bad. On top of that, the brackets were attached not by the dentist but by a dental hygienist, which also made me uneasy. One dental hygienist was not skilled at putting on elastics or doing auxiliary work, so I had to keep my mouth open for almost 30 minutes. And while doing that, she got irritated at me, the patient, and kept sighing right in front of my face.. The doctor is extremely kind and skilled. Even when I got the anesthetic injection before the extraction, it did not hurt at all. To the point that I did not even know whether the injection had been given. If I only look at the doctor, I do not regret it. But if kindness and service are important to you, I do not recommend it.
