My first surgery was done with autologous dermis, but over time it became too natural-looking, so for the revision, I used donor rib cartilage, ear cartilage, and silicone. To just give the conclusion, my nasal tip has dropped a lot now. There’s a dermatology clinic I go to whenever I feel my face looks off, and when I put a photo from 2? 3? years ago next to a current photo, it looked like it had dropped by about 3 mm… haaah Does how much the nasal tip drops vary from person to person depending on the material?! Everyone who used donor rib cartilage or autologous costal cartilage, is it holding up well??
