Since the clinic is so well known for dramatic-looking noses I went in for surgery thinking only about safety, but they recommended a natural-looking nose, so I had the surgery that way. I am satisfied with the surgery, but it feels too natural, so I wish I had put silicone in the nasal bridge I think satisfaction is higher when it is made somewhat dramatic
