Meanwhile, I feel like I’d be disappointed if I completely removed the silicone, so I’m debating going implant-free, but I also wonder if I still haven’t let go of all thoughts and greed Besides, they say that once a nose has been operated on, no matter what you do, it’s hard to go completely back to how it was at first. Among everyone here who has had silicone removed, is there anyone whose original natural nose was low? How is it, do you recommend it or not?
