It seems like the end of the silicone is slightly shifted to the side, so maybe that’s why the step-off formed Under lighting, it casts a shadow and I can see a horizontal step-off line between the nasal dorsum and nasal tip. I think the nasal tip may have drooped a bit too. Should I get revision surgery? My wedding ceremony is two months away,, And if I do, rather than changing the overall shape, could they just replace the crooked silicone and fill only the step-off area evenly?? If I want the nasal tip raised just very slightly on top of that, would I have to redo the whole thing? The cost is burdensome too, and autologous costal cartilage scares me a bit,,
