I had rhinoplasty in Seomyeon, Busan, and I am currently 5 months post-op. Because my skin is thin, they inserted 3 mm silicone and built the nasal tip carefully, but the blood vessels in the skin over the nasal bridge are slightly broken, and the open-surgery scar under the nose is still red. I had previously had nose filler, so I received a dissolving injection and proceeded with surgery, but a little filler still remains around the nasal bridge, so my nose looks slightly crooked.. I am thinking about removing the silicone and nasal tip work, so I joined this community and am writing a review. Those planning surgery should definitely check their skin, and if you have had nose filler, when dissolving the nose filler, make sure to check, allowing enough time, whether it has all dissolved. I hope no one ends up like me.. hing I am satisfied with the height though I should have not been greedy and just gotten filler, sob sob
