It’s been over a year since I had medial epicanthoplasty and double eyelid surgery (I originally only wanted lateral canthoplasty, but they said I couldn’t..) I don’t dislike my overall eye shape, but the inner corners are too round, so at first glance they kind of look like a fish shape? It makes it look obvious that I had surgery.. It’s stressful If I open my eyes slightly half-closed, the inner corners at least look a bit sharper, so I can’t even walk around with my eyes fully open And I guess the lacrimal caruncle exposure is wide vertically, above and below. When taking ID photos, they tell me to open my eyes wide, but my eyes didn’t look clean. They looked messy because of the lacrimal caruncle.. They also look slightly close-set. At this point, would it be better to get epicanthoplasty restoration..? Really just a tiny change to make the shape a little pointed, rounded-pointed... I did it to become prettier, but I feel even less confident than before.. When I look in the mirror, if they don’t look too round I feel good, but if they look endlessly round I get depressed all day... I’m looking into places famous for epicanthoplasty restoration, like ㅅㅋㄹ and ㄷㅋㅇ. Please help this become my truly final surgery.. Please give me advice, whether about clinics or the shape!

It’s day 8, and since right after surgery, one eye had almost no swelling, and a lot has gone down.. I don’t think there’s much major swelling either I’m worried because the line really shouldn’t get much lower from here….
