It was under sleep anesthesia, so I completely passed out and when I woke up the surgery was over. I only found out about plastic surgery communities after getting the surgery without thinking much, so I remember being scared that side effects might happen or that it might turn out badly... I didn’t really do warm/cold compresses well, but it healed well, and I think the hardest thing to endure was the itchiness? as the canthoplasty healed from the inside and the tissue adhered.
Because I had ptosis, it was hard to open my eyes, so I always kept them only half open and walked around with my chin lifted, but now I just open them without putting strength into my eyebrows
