Eye Re-Surgery

What should I do if the clinic responds like this?

At the first consultation, they said they would do a partial incision. On the day of surgery, they only marked the line and went into surgery. The line they marked then was an in-out line. After the surgery, when I checked, it had become a full incision. When I went to get the stitches removed, I asked the doctor what the line seemed like it would turn out as, and they said it would be between in-out and semi-out. Now 1 month and 19 days have passed, and because of scar tissue, the front part of the line has become two lines. One side is also semi-out because of scar tissue. I’ve never separately told the doctor about the above, so the doctor doesn’t know. I was going to wait a few months to see the line, and if it stays as two lines, ask for aftercare revision. But I’m in high school now, and my mom said if I was going to say something, I should have said it when I went, and that even if I say it now, they probably won’t do it. In this kind of case, if the clinic says they won’t provide aftercare revision, is there really nothing I can do? I paid a lot for it, so I’m so sad...
