I had my first nose surgery 8 years ago It was an upturned nose, so I had surgery thinking I just didn’t want my nostrils to show... The conclusion is that it became even more upturned than before surgery because of contracture... At the time, I was living in Ulsan, so I trusted only the director’s words at a place called ㄴㅂ, and even though I had an upturned nose, they only inserted an undefined implant and silicone in the nasal bridge, so in the end I had to have revision surgery again 4 years ago. Foolishly, I got the revision at the same place again The conclusion is that contracture happened again in the same way This time, I went around Seoul for consultations, and now I’m debating between ㅈㅇ and ㅇㅅㅌ At every place I consulted, they all said the same thing: contracture occurred because silicone was inserted from the nasal bridge all the way to the nasal tip. After seeing my pre-op photos, they said my nose wasn’t even low and that I must have had a hard time... This time, I really hope my nose surgery succeeds..
