Before <this photo is before surgery> Before <before the swelling went down> <recent> I had nose surgery around September last year, and I had no nasal bridge and had a hump, so they shaved down the hump, put in silicone, and raised it with septal cartilage. Before the initial swelling went down, it was really high.. But after time passed, I’ve almost been living as if I forgot I even had surgery. It became natural... It is a bit disappointing, but I’m just going to live with it.
