I got it around early last year, and when I had it done, they didn’t use a catheter. They inserted filler by directly puncturing the area beside the nose with an injection needle. They applied numbing cream, then gave me lidocaine separately before injecting the filler. It hurt so much. I think it would work well for people who have a triangular hollow right next to the nose, but I personally didn’t really like it
