Hello, it has been 4 months since I had full-body liposuction, so I’d like to share my review! 1. Changes after surgery After 4 months, my body feels even more stabilized. Almost all of the swelling has gone down and the results are becoming more and more noticeable. Compared with right after surgery, my lines feel much more refined and my overall body shape looks slimmer and firmer 2. Pain and recovery process During the first 2 weeks right after surgery, I was quite uncomfortable because of swelling and bruising, but it gradually improved over time. Now I don’t have any particular pain, and I only occasionally feel a little stiffness when I exercise or stand for a long time. Even this feeling is gradually disappearing 3. Skin elasticity care After the fat was removed, I was worried about skin elasticity but thanks to consistent care from after the surgery, there have been no major problems I wore the compression garment diligently for about 1 and a half months, and now I take care of my skin with radiofrequency massage once a week and moisturizing care 4. Lifestyle changes I don’t think of liposuction as the end and I’m trying to maintain the results. I’m doing light cardio and strength training together, while also changing my diet by moderately reducing carbohydrates and focusing more on protein and vegetables. I think this lifestyle helps a lot with maintaining the results 6. One tip What I felt over the 4 months after surgery is that management is really important.
