I just thought the shape around my nostrils was weird, but when I looked it up, I found out I had a bulbous nose. I couldn’t get away from a dowdy image because of my nose, so I ended up getting nose surgery too. I went for consultations at places famous for rhinoplasty and with directors who had long experience, and in the end I had surgery at GNG. I told the director I wanted to improve my bulbous nose, and especially that my nose spreading when I smiled stressed me out so much. And when I hesitated and said I wanted to become handsome, the director laughed “haha” and said he’d make me handsome. Since I was getting nose surgery anyway, I thought it would be good to fix my rhinitis too, so I got examined, and they said functional rhinoplasty was possible, so I had it done together. Filing an insurance claim was such a win When I went to remove the cotton packing and take off the splint, I saw my changed nose shape for the first time, and it felt like it came out similar to those handsome guys I’d seen on Instagram. Oh, and my swelling wasn’t worse than other people’s, but still, every time I went to the hospital, I received swelling care once, and I think it worked well. These days I’ve gotten into taking selfies and uploading them to Instagram stories or my feed, so I think I take two or three a day
