When I was a senior in high school, I had surgery without knowing anything, using silicone and ear cartilage.
Even after the swelling went down and no matter how much time passed, there was no line to my nose at all,
and I ended up with a long, chalk-like nose.
I lived thinking there was nothing I could do about it,
but starting two or three years ago, I began to feel that my nose had become much shorter,
and only recently did I learn about contracture and start looking into hospitals.
I never knew that a surgery I had at such a young age, without knowing anything, would come back to me this seriously.
These days, it’s been so hard.
