It's been over 2 years since I had upper arm fat removal. I was really satisfied right after the surgery. Why didn't I do this sooner lol But over time, maintenance really became important. Who said fat cells don't come back once they're gone.. they do. Even if I wanted to do it again, my skin has already become loose and lost elasticity, so I'm afraid if I do it again I'll end up all wrinkly, so I can't. Everyone should do it, but make sure to take good care of it!!
