It's day 9 since I had revision surgery with autologous costal cartilage because my primary surgery made my nose upturned, and I don't have much swelling and a lot has gone down, but my nasal tip is extremely pointy. My nose has also become much longer than before. Are there cases where these points improve once the swelling goes down…? Ah, I feel like I'm going to lose my mind It's to the point where my nose after the primary surgery actually looks better
